Click Healthcare AZ has developed a questionnaire-based assessment tool for of most our treatments to facilitate the use of a tele-medical platform. Simply answer the questions, and a licensed provider will review your personal profile demographics and the responses after placing the order. If you are deemed appropriate to treat using this platform and through a tele-medical method, treatment will be initiated, and a prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. A confirmation email of the transmission will be sent to you. Testosterone therapy will uniquely require a phone or internet video consultation prior to treatment, as well as pre-therapy laboratory testing.

You are encouraged to text or email us if any additional questions arise during the questionnaire-based assessment tool, or after placing the order if you would like to provide us additional relevant information regarding your health status that may have not been asked within the online platform, and that may impact our ability to prescribe you medicine/provide treatment through this tele-medical platform. If we are unable to fulfill desired treatment while being further evaluated by the provider after the order is placed, we will refund the consultation fee.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We additionally accept FSA/HSA cards. Our consultationn services are “self-pay” in nature, and we do not provide the ability to bill your insurance directly. Your prescriptions however will be eligible to be paid by insurance when dispensed at your desired pharmacy. We cannot guarantee exact medication costs at the point of sale at the pharmacy, however, our selected treatments are generally very affordable and only require a copay with most insurance companies.
